The 8th NANO/SPE  seminar

We hold the 8th NANO/SPE  seminar by NPO Research Association of Nano Structured Polymer and the SPE Japan Section on the following contents.

It is a purpose that this joint seminar promotes the grasp of the latest trend of the following 2 fields and development by mutual cooperation and technical fusion.  

1,The field of materials development, the structure at the nano level, and plans characteristic improvement. 

2,The field that plans new functionalisation and productivity improvement by the polymer molding molding.

 Furthermore, we took up the topic about application development by the conjugated molding with the polymer of nano-materials and the trend of the rubber industry this time and planned it.  It is participated, and a researcher related to the field of material design, the field of polymer manufacturing process expects that it is at a good opportunity to deepen future further development and the interchange of researcher aspect each other.

Title:Development of Conductive Pressure-sensitive adhesive with CNT

                           Syo Ohtaka    Lintec Co., Ltd., 

Abstract:CNT has fiber-like structure so that it is expected as a "electrically conductive filler 

material" for composite material. However due to its high aggregation behavior CNT is in 

general difficult to be uniformly dispersed in solution. In this report, dispersing property 

of CNT in polymer matrix and its contribution on electrical conductivity based on the surface 

free energy of polymer membrane will be discussed.
